Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast Publisher Has More Announcements On The Way

Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast

One of the most surprising releases on the Switch in recent times was Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. Although it didn’t include the fantastic multiplayer component, it was at least nice to have an official Star Wars game to play.

If you’re craving more classic Star Wars experiences on the Switch, Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is due out in early 2020. After this, though, what can we expect from the publisher and developer responsible for these re-releases? In an interview with GameIndustry.biz, Aspyr’s vice president of publishing Elizabeth Howard said many more announcements were on the way:

The reception to the Star Wars games… it just blows our mind. These are just our first two announcements and we have so much more coming. I just think that it’s a good time to start telling the world about us, that we’ve been doing this a long time, and we’re doing everything we can to deliver on these games.

We can only hope this means even more classic Star Wars games will be made available on classic systems, or at the very least we get more games from Asypr on Switch. To see how Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast holds up on the system, be sure to check out our recent review.
